Cory Molloy - Creative Director

I learned to be direct from my parents.  My Mother is German, and my Dad is from New York.

Yet, my ability to read people at a high-level came Because I was a troubled youth.


At ten we moved to America. It was challenging for me – and I disconnected from everyone.

Even though I was young, I ran away in Salt Lake City. I slept in alleys, parks, garages, and cardboard boxes with other street kids, or in foster homes, and detention. 

At 14, things began to change for me…

Because I was a troubled youth, I want to teach you how to communicate better.

Because most of life’s problems are caused by poor communication habits – and most of life’s problems can be solved by effective communication.

Better communication skills can increase your income, improve your sales, and grow your business.

And maybe even save your relationships.

Cory Showed Me How To win – by using word patterns, positive associations, and strong visual messages.

While we were dating, he said his unique super- power in advertising was “Subliminal Messaging and Conversational Hypnosis”

I had no idea what he meant…

I pictured a hypnotist on stage doing a magic trick to get people to do whatever he said.

Then I read, “Win Bigly,” by the Dilbert Cartoonist, Scott Adams.  Before the 2016 election, Scott Adams published an article saying Trump had a 98% chance of winning the presidency – when no one else thought he could. He was right!

Scott Adams is also a hypnotist…

He explained to me how our brains work – and how conversational hypnosis is a powerful persuasion tool.

I asked Cory, “Is this what YOU do?” And he laughed and said, “Yes!”

Trevor Remde Molloy

Our Dear Son, Trevor Remde Molloy, was born on June 12th, 2019 with Trisomy-18.

We were able to spend 112 beautiful days with him.


We had expected a healthy baby – So when my water broke early and we found ourselves in the hospital for an emergency C-section, we were surprised…

Then his doctor came in and said, “do you want to take him off life support? Because he appears to have the Rare and Typically Fatal Condition called – Trisomy 18!”

We were completely stunned with his list of challenges – yet we both wanted to, “Give Him Whatever Chance He’s Got!”

How grateful I am that we waited to see him.

He was so much more than his diagnosis. Being with him was the best part of my day!

Many showed us love and support during Trevor’s Life, and when we lost him. 

We Are So Touched and grateful – We Plan to Give More!
